Delivery Locations

• Australia Wide: We deliver to residential and commercial addresses, as well as PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, throughout Australia.
• International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (up to 10 business days for regional and remote areas)
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate (Free on orders over $80)

• Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
